ICT Facilitator / IT & Computing Support
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the school's computing and technology environment, with responsibility spanning users, devices, connectivity, infrastructure and digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, networking and user issues.
- Configure and support routers, wireless access points, computers, displays and connected devices.
- Support reliable connectivity and access to technology resources.
- Develop technical, instructional and procedural documentation.
- Investigate recurring technical issues and implement corrective measures.
- Apply cybersecurity and responsible technology-use principles.
